Through the simulation for the injection–molding design process, production conditions, size stability, and product durability are checked in consideration of the deformation, filling time, pressure, and weld line results generated by the gate location and material (thermoplasticity and thermosetting resin) shape. It is suggested to minimize the problems that occur during this stage to shorten the manufacturing time and improve the product quality.

With the simulation result for the injection–molding design process (residual stress, cultivation, etc.), the problems that may occur when a product is loaded (dynamically/statically) is checked in advance through the simulation mechanical system in order to suggest improvements for shortening the manufacturing time and improving the product quality.
